Active Pimple (Acne) Treatment Lasered Medical Protocols

Acne vulgaris is an inflammatory oil gland disease that can be encountered at any age, disrupting skin aesthetics and mental health. Inflamed tissues occur due to excess sebum (oil) secretion, dead cells not being able to shed and accumulating in the channel, and an anaerobic infiltration of a bacterium called 'Propionibacterium acnes' (P.Acne). Our G&F Clinic medical vision relies on killing bacteria with lasers and drying the oil mechanism with acidic clinical cares focusing on the core of the problem, instead of temporary cream application methods.

BHA Acid (Salicylic) Peeling

Due to its lipophilic (oil-soluble) features, it absorbs into the acne channel and chemically dissolves deep acne pus and blackhead.

Ozone Generators and Light

Disinfects the inside of the pore with strong ozone (O3) steam by utilizing the bacteria's weakness of not being able to live in an oxygenated environment.

Acne Squeezing (Manual Comedone)

Closed buttons that the patient should never damage with their own hands and nails are emptied under doctor supervision on an axis that will not leave a mark with the appropriate sterile technique.

Procedure Steps

Detox and Purification

The upper rough skin is loosened with glycolic and lactic acid mixtures and brought to a breathable consistency.

Pore Opening

All comedone plugs are shifted to melting form with high-temperature targeted steam, and the skin is cleaned.

Destruction (Bacterial Demolition)

By holding IPL light filters or High frequency glass probes to the skin, acne-producing bacterial DNAs are shattered.

Recovery Timeline

Drying Phase

Painful red giant cystic pimples are reduced to dull pink spots as their pain eases.

Oil Control

The disturbing shine and oiliness problem occurring on the forehead and nose (T-zone) during the day returns to normal (matte layer).

End of Attacks

The seeds we sowed on the skin months ago sprout, and the skin now enters a sterile life routine where it does not produce new acne.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will I experience more vomiting (purge) process?

Yes. In the first weeks of treatment, inflamed comedones hidden at the very bottom of the skin are pushed and vomited out (to the surface) as a necessity of the treatment; this is entirely a successful toxin purification.

Can adolescents be treated?

Early diagnosis resets the risk of scarring. We apply non-aggressive but highly effective medical cleaning sessions instead of pills to our young patients.

Is my acne hormonal?

Our dermatologists will determine whether the problem is derived from Polycystic Ovary (PCOS) by looking at your laboratory analyses, menstrual cycle complaints (e.g. lower jaw-neck junction pimples).
